STEAKTRAIN – American lifestyle at the Park Hotel Leipzig****

The restaurant of the Park Hotel Leipzig starts into the new season with a fully new concept. STEAKTRAIN lets you immerse into the culinary world of the Middle West – a typical steakhouse atmosphere on the highest level.

The guest feels like sitting in the historical ambience of a luxurious dining car. Soft jazz music and animated pictures of American landscapes with historical steam locomotives convey the feeling of being on the wide Plains – in the middle of Leipzig. On the open fire of the lava grill, rich steaks of veal, pork, turkey, tuna and salmon are freshly prepared. A special recommendation of Chef is “Surf & Turf”, a luxurious combination of fillet steak and grilled lobster or prawn tails. In addition you can choose two side orders and sauces out of more than fifteen different offers. They are served separately, so that there is a variety to taste for everyone at the table. An assortment of American wines from California and Washington as well as from South Africa, Chile, Australia and domestic wines from Saxony are offered at choice. Of course, we also have American bottled beer.
