The two-person rooms (33 m²), furnished exclusively in the Spanish-Colonial style, all offer a view either of the dunes (lateral view), the garden and the pool or of the backcountry and lovely mountains of Gran Canaria. Outside, all rooms offer guests either a balcony or a pleasant, private and protected patio with stylish teak-wood furniture.

Inside, either there is air-conditioning or individually controlled heating through hot-water radiators. Guests will also find satellite TV, a radio, CD, 2 telephones, one with voice-mail, a no-fee safe, a minibar as well as a computer and Internet link in every room. The Colonial style bathrooms all have a bathtub and separate toilet, as well as in-floor heating on the ground floor. Bathrobes, bath slippers and blow dryer are, of course, also available in every bathroom.

The hotel also has two double rooms with access for disabled guests.
